How do I get my brand suppliers on ShopDot?

We have direct integrations with top eCommerce platforms to make it a hand-free way for brand suppliers to onboard and start partnering with you to sell more products.

How do I get paid for products sold on my online store?

Brand suppliers will set your commission percentage of the sale directly in ShopDot. We take care of payouts to you and brand suppliers for all orders that have shipped on a monthly basis.

How are returns and exchanges handled?

Returns and exchanges are handled between the brand supplier and the customer. The brand supplier’s contact information is included in the order confirmations and shipping updates that are sent to customers.

How much does it cost?

It's free for retailer partners to join and use ShopDot. ShopDot will charge 10% of your commission earnings. There are no additional hidden fees.
