ShopDot Partners are paid a percentage of the retail partner payout for a period of time. Payments are made monthly.

How do I invite retailers?

You can either embed ShopDot into your existing platform or app or share a referral URL with your network.

How long does it take for retail partners to get started?

Retail partners can build their online storefront and start selling products in under 15 minutes. They will need to request to connect to the brand suppliers within the platform before they can publish the brand's products.

How are returns and exchanges handled?

Returns and exchanges are handled between the brand supplier and the end customer. The order confirmation and shipping updates that are sent to the customer will have the brand supplier's support contact for customer service inquiries.
